Initial 1:1 Athlete consultation

60-Minute Session

This session is designed to help athletes gain clarity, direction, and guidance to navigate the next steps in their athletic careers. Whether the goal is to compete athletically at the collegiate level, seek information and assistance with how to create and secure NIL partnerships and opportunities, or to simply enhance your name, brand, and what you stand for as a person and athlete, this one hour session is the perfect starting point.

Workshops

Presentation Topics:

  • Recruiting workshops and seminars: These presentations provide expert level knowledge of key concepts and insights into the recruiting process. They serve as a fantastic resource for individual school districts, school or club teams, and travel programs looking to familiarize their athletes with collegiate recruiting landscape. Through engaging discussions and actionable advice, high school athletes & their support team will feel empowered to take proactive steps toward achieving their goals of competing at the collegiate level.                      

  • The Mental Side of Sports: Coping Skills, Pressures, Strategies for Success: These presentations are aimed at providing athletes, coaches, and parents with tangible skills, tools, and strategies to help mitigate daily stressors, feelings of performance anxiety, and pressures, thus optimizing performance on the field of competition and in life.

  • NIL overview workshops: These presentations allow athletes, coaches, parents, athletic directors and sports organizations to receive a comprehensive understanding around NIL (Name, Image, & Likeness) and how athletes can grow, thrive, and capitalize on potential opportunities.

on-going 1:1 Coaching sessions

Designed for high-school student athletes

These sessions consist of one-on-one work sessions with Molly, where the athlete will receive guidance, support, and advising. These interactions will allow you to gain valuable insight and knowledge on how to best to level up and compete at the collegiate level. You can discuss the best fit for your needs, outline next steps, and receive guidance throughout recruitment process.

FRESHMAN

This package is tailored for high school athletes actively engaged in sports and aiming to compete at the collegiate level. It serves as an introductory package, laying the groundwork for the essential elements required for Junior Varsity and Varsity levels.

14-15 years of age

10 Hours + Initial Consultation

What’s included:

NCAA Eligibility Center Information/Overview of Recruitment Process & Timeline (3 hrs)

  • Explanation of all elements of the NCAA EC

  • Explanation of the role of school counselor

  • Brief overview of eligibility requirements for DI/DII and differences for DIII, NAIA, Juco

    2 - 1:1 Athletic recruiting sessions - 30 mins each

    • General overview of the recruitment process

    • Important dates in regards to recruiting

    • Tips and tricks for initiating recruiting

    • Next step/first steps

    • Overview of different levels of collegiate athletics (breakdown of each, what they can offer)

    • Highlight video tips/guidelines

    • General guidance around “leveling up” - camps, exposure tournaments, travel, conditioning, etc.

PACKAGES

JV

This package is for the sophomore or junior athlete that is playing JV or Varsity high school sports and has a strong desire to compete collegiately. This is an intermediate level package that provides; Level Up athlete workbook, a general overview of the NCAA Eligibility Center, 3 live individual recruiting sessions, breakdown of the different levels of collegiate sports, and a detailed overview of the recruitment process.

  • 15-16 years of age

  • JV or Varsity level athletes

  • 15 hours + Initial Athlete Consultation

What’s included:

      • General evaluation of recruiting “norms” at each level - sport and position specific

      Level Up Athlete Prep Workbook 

VARSITY

This package is for the junior or senior athlete that is both determined to compete collegiately and actively working towards that. This is an advanced level package that provides; Level Up athlete workbook, a specific, individually guided overview of the NCAA Eligibility Center, core-course GPA breakdown, and feedback around academics, 4 live individual recruiting sessions, detailed breakdown of the different levels of collegiate sports, step-by-step guidance with the recruiting process, and a basic overview of NIL.

  • 16-18 yrs of age

  • Varsity level athletes only

  • 20 hours + Initial Athlete Consultation

What’s included:

NCAA Eligibility Center Information/Overview of Recruitment Process and Timeline/Academic Review (5 hrs)

  • Explanation of all elements of the NCAA EC

  • Explanation of the role of school counselor

  • Brief overview of eligibility requirements for DI/DII and differences for DIII, NAIA, Juco

  • General overview of core courses and their importance

  • Transcript breakdown & course recommendations

    4 - 1:1 Athletic recruiting sessions - 30 mins each

    • Specific overview of the recruitment process

    • Begin the first general steps in the recruitment process

    • Important dates

    • Personal guidance initiating the recruitment process

    Consulting (12 hrs)

    • Overview of different levels of collegiate athletics (breakdown of each, what they can offer)

    • Specific focus on recruiting
