MOLLY LIPTON

Molly offers a personalized and tailored approach to collegiate athletic recruiting for high school student-athletes. She also specializes in representation, partnership, and promotion for college and professional athletes.

With a background as a former college athlete and nearly two decades of experience in education, along with 12 years as an NCAA coordinator for Michigan's fourth largest public school district, Molly has successfully supported hundreds of student-athletes.

Molly prioritizes building strong relationships with each athlete, understanding their aspirations, and working collectively to reach the next level. Whether your goal is to compete collegiately, secure NIL partnerships, or grow your “brand” as an athlete, Molly is a great person to support and guide you along the journey. “I firmly believe that a personalized experience allows for knowledge, understanding, and growth, while greatly benefiting both the athlete and their family/support system.”

In her spare time, Molly enjoys being active, traveling both personally and to see her athletes compete, and immersing herself in her community.

“I play basketball at Kalamazoo College and owe my presence there to Ms. Lipton, who guided me through the recruiting process. She suggested Kalamazoo College, and I pursued it, ultimately choosing to attend. My first year has been enjoyable, and I feel blessed to be where I am. I recognize Ms. Lipton as a significant influence in my journey and am forever grateful to her.”
